Estimats membres de la FCC,

Aquest premi és organitzat per la Federació Internacional de cineclubs que facilita a les diferents federacions la possibilitat de que els cineclubs participin en aquests festivals com a jurat.

1. Jury will watch all films selected for the international short film competition (documentary, animated and feature films with a running time of 30 minutes or less) and choose the FICC Don Quixote Prize winner.
2. FICC Jury of 3 persons (one jury member from Ireland) for the Animation Short Film Programme 
3. Working languages: English.
4. Invitation by the Festival covers:
5. Pickup/return from either Galway or Shannon airport; Bed and breakfast in single room for 3 nights (Fri 10/7 – Sun 12/7 inclusive); Breakfast + lunch daily
6. Travel expenses: For non-national jury members a contribution of up to Euro 200 per person will be offered. The travelling refund will be organised by access>CINEMA when members arrive in Galway. Film Fleadh accreditation
7. Free entry to festival events
8. Important dates:  Arrival: Fri July 10th - Departure: Mon July 13th
9. Important: including a printable portrait Photo (jpg, tiff, 300dpi –minimum!) and as well a short biography

El candidat que es presenta, adquireix el compromís d'assistir al festival. En cas de no ser així, haurà de proporcionar un substitut per al seu lloc al jurat del festival. També haurà d’enviar una fotografia i un cv.

Els membres del jurat han d'escriure un article en català i Anglès o Francès i portar un catàleg del festival per a la FCC.
